From a very young age, Celeste has been captivated by the world of online creators since the early days of blogging and YouTube.

After her BA and MA in Media & Culture and years in brand consultancy, she founded CITALENT in 2020 on a simple belief: creative people with good intentions deserve a stage, and the right support to stand on it.

Celeste is a talent manager, strategist, and mentor with over a decade of experience guiding creators with loyal, engaged audiences.
