2. What personal data does CITALENT process?
CITALENT may process the following personal data:

First and last name
Chamber of Commerce number
Address and place of residence (private and/or business)
Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
Social media account names
Email address
Payment details
Photos and videos in which individuals can be identified
IP address
Client number, quote number, invoice number

CITALENT does not process special categories of personal data (such as health information or religious beliefs). CITALENT does not intend to collect personal data from clients or website visitors under the age of 16, though this cannot always be verified.

3. What are the purposes of data processing and on what legal grounds?
Contact: You have contacted CITALENT by phone, email, social media, or via the contact form on the website.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest
Retention period: Indefinite, but no longer than necessary

Scheduling appointments: Appointments are scheduled via Calendly for introductory calls, creative consults, or brainstorm sessions.

Legal basis: Necessary for the performance of the agreement
Retention period: Indefinite, but no longer than necessary

Preparing quotes and agreements: In order to submit an offer and subsequently record arrangements in an agreement.

Legal basis: Necessary for the performance of the agreement
Retention period: Indefinite, but no longer than necessary

Invoicing and financial administration: In order to send and complete payments.

Legal basis: Necessary for the performance of the agreement and a legal obligation
Retention period: Seven years

Reviews: CITALENT may ask you to write a review, which may be published on the website and/or social media channels.

4. What is the retention period of personal data?
CITALENT will not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the provision of services. Communications (emails, social media messages, WhatsApp) are retained for at least five years due to the statutory limitation period for claims. Invoice data is retained for seven years in accordance with the statutory record-keeping obligation. Reviews will be removed promptly upon request.

5. Does CITALENT share personal data with third parties?
CITALENT only shares personal data with third parties where legally required or necessary for business operations. Third parties with whom your data may be shared include:

Third parties engaged to perform the agreement

CITALENT does not sell your data to third parties. Personal data is generally not shared with parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If this is necessary, it is only done where an adequate level of protection is in place. There is no automated decision-making in CITALENT's services.
