We believe beautiful spaces should also be responsible ones. Sustainability isn't an afterthought at CITALENT, it's built into our design, our daily flow, and the partnerships we choose.
From second-life furniture to low-waste rituals and mission-driven sourcing, we make conscious choices wherever we can, and we inspire our community to do the same.

From a young age, Celeste was fascinated by the pioneers in the world of blogging and Youtube. After her BA and MA degree in Media & Culture and work experience in brand consultancy, she saw the many opportunities and (unexploited) talent in the rapidly growing number of content creators and founded her own boutique management.
With great passion, she helps build the success of ‘personal brands’ that she believes deserve the biggest possible (online) stage. She runs CITALENT fully remotely, hosting events, retreats, and masterminds for clients in both Spain and the Netherlands.

In 2020, Tessa joined CITALENT out of intrinsic motivation to learn all she could about managing content creators after her previous experience editing Tina magazine and (influencer)marketing at We Are Era. While studying arts & cultural studies, Tessa researched exclusive platforms and parasocial relationships that content creators use to ensure their relationship with followers.
In addition to her contribution in the online world, Tessa also writes her own music and performs as Tessa June. Via Instagram and TikTok, these adventures can be followed at @tessajuneofficial.
